Author Biography

• José Noijons, Dutch National Institute for Educational Measurement

  José Noijons is a staff member at CITO, the Dutch National Exams Agency. He has developed a number of computer-based tests, notably an adaptive test of English as a foreign language (ADAPTOR). His current interests are in developing testing materials for adult education. He is one of the coordinators of the EU-funded DIALANG project in which internet-based diagnostic tests in 14 European languages are being developed.
