Author Biographies

  • Li Jin, DePaul University

    Li Jin is an Associate Professor in the Department of Modern Languages at DePaul University, Chicago, where she primarily teaches Chinese language and culture courses. Her research interests include Chinese as a foreign language pedagogy, computer-assisted language teaching and learning, intercultural telecollaboration, and collaborative pedagogy.

  • Elizabeth Deifell, Appalachian State University

    Elizabeth Deifell is a lecturer of Spanish in the Department of Languages, Literatures and Cultures at Appalachian State University. Her primary research interests include digital literacies, and L2 vocabulary and writing development. Recent projects have explored world language faculty’s experiences and perceptions of technology-supported teaching and learning during COVID-19.

  • Katie Angus, University of Southern Mississippi

    Katie Angus is an Associate Professor in the School of Social Science and Global Studies at the University of Southern Mississippi, where she teaches French and Second Language Acquisition courses online and face to face.
