Author Biography

  • Kostas Kotsakis, Aristotle University of Thessaloniki
    Kostas Kotsakis holds a PhD from the Aristotle University of Thessaloniki, where he is currently an Associate Professor. He has excavated at Sesklo, and he is directing the excavations at Toumba in Thessaloniki, the survey of the Langadas basin, and the Greek excavations at Catalhoyuk. He has written extensively on the Neolithic of Northern Greece and on theory in archaeology. He is a member of the European Association of Archaeology at Ankara, and he serves on the editorial boards of JMA and the European Journal of Archaeology.
