Author Biography

  • Christxpher Oliver, Independent researcher

    Christxpher Oliver is a researcher and activist with the Sound System Outernational group. A component of his research is focused on the sonic as a vector of emancipatory politics. In 2018, he also actively organized with the fxrum, a rhizomatic collective of scholars and activists from, or descending from, former British colonies, coordinating mixed media (audio, video, text and graphic) techniques to interrogate prisms of race, gender and sexuality.
