  • Rosalind Horowitz, The University of Texas — San Antonio

    Rosalind Horowitz is Professor of Discourse and Literacy Studies at The University of Texas--San Antonio. Horowitz is a Spencer Fellow of The National Academy of Education, USA, was selected by the University of Iowa, as a Visiting Scholar in Linguistics in Russia and the Ukraine; and served as Visiting Professor at The University of Toronto, in Applied Psychology and Human Development, Ontario Institute for Studies in Education.
