Author Biography

  • Monique Monville-Burston, The University of Melbourne

    Monique Monville-Burston is an Associate Professor in the Department of French and Italian, University of Melbourne. She teaches subjects in French language and linguistics, in particular Spoken French: Theory and Practice. She has for many years had an interest in CALL research. She is currently working on the Varieties of French CD-ROM project with Jack Burston, Monash University, and on the exploitation of on-line French grammar checkers for developing writing skills at advanced proficiency levels.
