  • Carmen Pinilla Padilla, CEFIRE de Torrent

    Dr. Carmen Pinilla-Padilla is director of CEFIRE Torrent, an in-service teacher training institution dependent on the Ministry of Education. She has taught English and Spanish for Foreigners at Primary, Secondary and Tertiary Levels and has specialized in the use of ICT for language teaching and learning.
