Author Biography

  • Peggy Morgan, Mansifield Collge, Oxford

    Lecturer in the Study of Religions A graduate in Theology and Religious Studies, at present teaching the Study of Religions. Special interests include the relationship between theology and religious studies, method in the study of religions, the transplantation of religions, particularly Buddhism, to the West, and inter-religious dialogue. She is currently Director of the Religious Experience Research Centre founded by Sir Alister Hardy in 1969.
