We invite submissions to the journal of Mediation Theory and Practice (MTP), a journal published by the College of Mediators. The Journal publishes two issues each year and accommodates both academic articles and more practical contribution from mediators. MTP does not require or prioritize research focusing on mediation in the UK. The journal’s approach is multidisciplinary and comparative. The journal is a resource for academics, practitioners, trainers, and policy makers. Mediation is understood in its broadest context. We encourage scholars and practitioners around the world to submit their original research on mediation as well as on other Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR) and Online Dispute Resolution (ODR) methods that adopt mediation and other facilitative techniques, theories, and best practices. Submission guidelines All papers, including research articles and shorter practical works, are expected to be submitted through the online submission system of the Journal. Please click here to register/log in. All submitted papers are expected to follow the Author Guidelines available at https://journals.equinoxpub.com/MTP/about/submissions. A research article for the peer-reviewed section should not be more than 8,000 words (excluding footnotes, which should be kept to a minimum) and follow the journal guidelines to ensure a blind review.). Shorter works should not normally exceed 4,000 words. Please direct any questions to the Editors: Professor Pablo Cortes [email protected] and Dr Maria Federica Moscati [email protected] |
